Meet our Chief Well-being Officer 🐾

Meet the founder

Hi, I'm Emma-Louise. This work is personal.

Founded from lived experience with late-diagnosed ADHD, autism and OCD. I share the practical, science-informed tools I wish I'd had.

Gaps I saw. Tools I built.

The system didn't have what I needed, so I built it — first for myself, then for the families, schools and workplaces I now support.

  • Masked ADHD, Autism & OCD for decades — with no map to follow.
  • Sat in senior government rooms shaping strategy for people like me, without people like me.
  • Watched children slip through, parents dismissed, women in midlife told it was 'just stress'.
  • Rebuilt after postnatal depression when every old coping tool stopped working.

Find Your Inner Peace Ltd. is the answer I couldn't find — neuroscience-guided tools any family, school or workplace can use, without waiting for a diagnosis, a referral or permission.

  • Neurodiversity & Inclusion Trainer
  • Positive Psychology Practitioner
  • MHFAider® certified
  • 14+ years UK Government Mental Health leadership

ADHD coaching UK — frequently asked

What does an ADHD coach in the UK actually do?
A UK ADHD coach helps adults, teens and families work with an ADHD brain rather than against it — building routines, regulating the nervous system, and translating strategies into everyday life at home, school and work.
Is ADHD coaching available online across the UK?
Yes. Sessions run online across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, with in-person options for Cheshire and the North West.
Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis to work with a coach?
No. Coaching is open to diagnosed, self-identifying and awaiting-assessment adults and families. The work is neurodiversity-affirming — no gate-keeping.
How is this different from ADHD therapy or medication?
Coaching is forward-focused and practical: nervous-system regulation, executive-function scaffolding, and everyday systems. It sits alongside — not instead of — clinical care.

Peace PODs

A Peace POD is a room your brain can trust.

A Peace POD (Practical Operating Device) is a physical regulation space paired with the FYIP app. Think sensory-safe room, calming lighting, tactile tools and a tablet that walks the user through a short daily brain-training ritual.

  • A physical, sensory-safe space plus the FYIP app on a tablet.
  • Indoor rooms or outdoor garden studios, sized for a family, classroom or workplace.
  • Guided daily rituals: check-in, regulate, refocus, in under 10 minutes.

Video walkthrough

A short tour of how a Peace POD is used day-to-day, at home, in a school and in a workplace.

How a POD session works

Indoor and outdoor formats

Peace PODs are built to fit your space. Convert a spare room, a sensory suite or a corner of the classroom, or install a standalone garden studio.
