Meet our Chief Well-being Officer 🐾

Meet the founder

Hi, I'm Emma-Louise. This work is personal.

For over 30 years I walked through life carrying an invisible, exhausting weight. I felt misfitted, traumatised, constantly lost, and lived with the heartbreaking belief that I was simply "weird, dumb, and thick."

Everything shifted when I was finally diagnosed as AuDHD, alongside navigating the world as a mother to a neurodivergent child. After 14 years within the civil service, I reached a turning point and left, because traditional therapy, standard wellness models, and cookie-cutter tools were fundamentally broken for neurodivergent minds. They didn't work for me, and they weren't working for the people who needed them most.

How I rebuilt the toolkit

I had no choice but to take matters into my own hands. I dismantled traditional therapies and frameworks, stripped away the neurotypical assumptions, and re-engineered every piece to fit how an AuDHD brain actually operates.

  • Adapted regulation tools to work with, not against, an AuDHD nervous system.
  • Built real-world systems for executive functioning, sensory regulation, and burnout recovery.
  • Trained my brain to heal, re-wire, and safely unmask after decades of masking.

Why Find Your Inner Peace Ltd exists

Today I combine 14 years of public-sector and government experience with authentic, lived AuDHD expertise to deliver support that actually works:

  • Specialised Strategy Coaching: real-world systems for executive functioning, sensory regulation, task management, and burnout recovery.
  • CPD-Accredited Training: actionable, neuro-affirming knowledge for schools, colleges, local authorities, and workplaces.
  • Peace PODs: modular, acoustic sensory hubs for rapid-deploy regulation in schools and community spaces.

You are not broken, you are not "thick," and you do not need to be fixed. You simply need strategies engineered for your actual brain.

  • Neurodiversity & Inclusion Trainer
  • Positive Psychology Practitioner
  • MHFAider® certified
  • 14+ years UK Government Mental Health leadership

What we actually do

More than coaching: a neuro-inclusive learning, regulation and accessibility ecosystem

Find Your Inner Peace Ltd (FYIP) is not just a coaching service. We are an integrated neuro-inclusive learning, self-regulation, wellbeing and accessibility ecosystem.

“FYIP helps people understand how their brain, body and emotions work together, then gives them practical tools, experiences and technology they can use in real life.”

We bring that approach into families, education, workplaces, return-to-work support and even accessible retail environments.
  • Understand

How your brain, body and emotions work together, explained in plain English.

  • Practise

Physical tools, activities and technology you actually use, not theory you forget.

  • Live it

Applied at home, in school, at work and on the way back to work.

  • Everywhere

Families, education, workplaces, return-to-work support and accessible retail spaces.

No diagnosis needed. Our ecosystem works across different ages, brains and circumstances, helping you understand how you think, feel, learn, regulate and function, then turning that into tools for everyday life and employment.

Experiential learning: feel it, practise it, live it. Short, accessible explanations paired with interactive activities, physical tools, digital technology and lived experience.

ADHD coaching UK — frequently asked

What does an ADHD coach in the UK actually do?
A UK ADHD coach helps adults, teens and families work with an ADHD brain rather than against it — building routines, regulating the nervous system, and translating strategies into everyday life at home, school and work.
Is ADHD coaching available online across the UK?
Yes. Sessions run online across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, with in-person options for Cheshire and the North West.
Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis to work with a coach?
No. Coaching is open to diagnosed, self-identifying and awaiting-assessment adults and families. The work is neurodiversity-affirming — no gate-keeping.
How is this different from ADHD therapy or medication?
Coaching is forward-focused and practical: nervous-system regulation, executive-function scaffolding, and everyday systems. It sits alongside — not instead of — clinical care.

Peace PODs

A Peace POD is a room your brain can trust.

A Peace POD (Practical Operating Device) is a physical regulation space paired with the FYIP app. Think sensory-safe room, calming lighting, tactile tools and a tablet that walks the user through a short daily brain-training ritual.

  • A physical, sensory-safe space plus the FYIP app on a tablet.
  • Indoor rooms or outdoor garden studios, sized for a family, classroom or workplace.
  • Guided daily rituals: check-in, regulate, refocus, in under 10 minutes.

How a POD session works

Indoor and outdoor formats

Peace PODs are built to fit your space. Convert a spare room, a sensory suite or a corner of the classroom, or install a standalone garden studio.
