2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website, purchasing our courses, booking a discovery call, or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

3. Our services

Find Your Inner Peace Ltd. provides neurodiversity inclusion training, CPD-accredited courses, coaching, brain-training tools, Peace PODs, and consultancy for schools, families, professionals, and organisations.

Our services are provided for educational and wellbeing purposes. They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, or legal advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your GP, NHS 111, or the emergency services.

4. Bookings, payments and refunds

Prices for courses, CPD accreditation, coaching, and Peace PODs are shown on the relevant page and are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received or a written agreement is signed.

Consumer bookings may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the course or coaching session has not yet been delivered or accessed. Business and organisational bookings are governed by the terms of the individual contract or statement of work.

Where a session is cancelled by us we will offer a rescheduled date or a full refund at your choice.

5. Intellectual property

“Find Your Inner Peace Ltd.®”, the Find Your Inner Peace logo, and “Train for a Healthy Brain”™ are trademarks of Find Your Inner Peace Ltd. All content on this site, text, graphics, audio, video, downloads, course materials, and the site design, is © Find Your Inner Peace Ltd. and protected by UK and international copyright law.

You may view, download, and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, republish, modify, or use any content to train AI or machine-learning systems without our prior written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use this site lawfully and considerately. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, upload malicious code, scrape content at scale, misuse our forms or chat widget, or use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its “last updated” date, will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
