For commissioners and procurement

How to commission us

Everything a school business manager, local authority commissioner or procurement lead needs to buy from us: the routes, the evidence, the price bands and the lead times.

Four routes to commission

Direct award (low value)

Most single school, college or team pieces of work fall under your delegated spend threshold. A written quotation, a purchase order and a start date is usually all that is needed.

Quotation or mini competition

For mid-value work we provide a full written quotation with specification, outcomes, safeguarding, insurance and social value, in your own template if you have one.

Framework, DPS and tender

We bid for local authority, trust and public sector opportunities, and we are happy to be added to approved supplier and dynamic purchasing lists. Send us the portal and we will register.

Grant funded delivery

Where a school or community group has no budget, we will apply jointly for funding with you and deliver against the grant outcomes.

Due diligence in one place

The evidence your finance, safeguarding and procurement colleagues will ask for.

  • CPD accredited provider (provider reference 23047), five independently accredited units
  • Cyber Essentials certified
  • ICO registered data controller (registration ZB971484)
  • Safeguarding policy, DBS checked delivery, and clear escalation routes
  • Public liability and professional indemnity insurance, certificates on request
  • Equality, complaints, data protection and learner support policies published on the site
  • Enhanced practitioner background: 14 years of public sector mental health and wellbeing leadership

Commissioning questions

Are you a registered organisation we can contract with?
Yes. Find Your Inner Peace Community CIC is a Community Interest Company, company number 17459850, incorporated 15 September 2026, registered office L'Ancresse, Glebe Road, Ramsden Bellhouse, Billericay, Essex CM11 1RJ. Commercial training and product sales are contracted through Find Your Inner Peace Ltd, company number 16294432.
Can we award directly without going to tender?
In most cases yes, provided the value sits inside your own delegated spend limits and you follow your internal procurement rules. We will provide a written quotation and specification so your finance team has a clean audit trail.
How does commissioning a CIC help our social value score?
Public buyers must take social value into account. Commissioning a community interest company with an asset lock, local delivery and reinvested surplus gives you evidence against wellbeing, equal opportunity and local economic growth themes, backed by our outcome reporting.
What do you report back?
Numbers reached, sessions delivered, pre and post measures on regulation and confidence, staff feedback, and an honest note on what did not work. We agree the measures with you before we start.
Do you hold insurance and safeguarding policies?
Yes. Public liability and professional indemnity insurance, a safeguarding policy, DBS checked delivery and a published complaints procedure. Certificates and policies are sent with every proposal.
