Why we set up a CIC
The families who need this work most are often the ones who can least afford it. A parent waiting three years for an assessment, a school with one calming corner and ninety children who need it, an adult in burnout with no diagnosis and no budget.
A Community Interest Company gives that work a proper home. It lets us apply for grants, accept sponsorship and hold funded contracts, with a legal duty to use the money for community benefit and an asset lock that keeps it there.
Commercial training, coaching and Peace POD sales stay with Find Your Inner Peace Ltd. Funded, subsidised and community delivery sits with the CIC. That separation is what funders and commissioners need to see, and it is how we keep both sides honest.

- Neurodivergent children and young people, diagnosed or waiting
- Parents, carers and kinship families holding it together without support
- Schools and SEND teams with rising need and flat budgets
- Adults reaching burnout, late diagnosis or crisis without a route to help
- Under-served communities in Essex who cannot pay privately

As a Community Interest Company, our assets and surpluses are locked to community benefit. They cannot be distributed for private gain.

Find Your Inner Peace Ltd (company no. 16294432) delivers commercial training and services. Find Your Inner Peace Community CIC delivers funded, community and low-cost work. Same founder, same quality, same accreditations.

Every funded project is reported with numbers reached, what changed and what did not work, so funders and schools see the real picture.
