One family, two boys, six months on the waiting list.

Kerris Roberts, parent of two boys awaiting ADHD & autism assessment.

Kerris came to us while her two sons were on the NHS waiting list for ADHD and autism assessment, showing daily symptoms with no clinical support in place.

We built her a bespoke 6-month programme as our “waiting-well” service, giving the whole household the tools, language and regulation strategies to navigate school, sleep, meltdowns and daily life while waiting for diagnosis.

The programme is wrapped in our Lifetime Safety Net, so Kerris and the boys still have a place to come back to, for life.

Being on a waiting list felt like being left to cope alone. This programme gave our whole family a way to understand the boys, and each other, right now, not in two years’ time.
