Eligibility criteria

• • A written refund request must be submitted within 30 days of course completion or the end of a six-week pilot.
• • Participants or organisations must have attended and actively engaged with the agreed sessions and used the provided materials as instructed.
• • For pilots, baseline data and agreed monitoring steps must have been followed so impact can be fairly assessed.

How we assess requests

• • We review each request promptly and may ask for supporting information.
• • We will offer an opportunity to resolve concerns through additional support before approving a refund where appropriate.

Refund processing

• • If approved, refunds are processed within 30 days using the original payment method.
• • Partial refunds may be offered where some elements of the programme were delivered and used as agreed.
