What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We also use similar technologies such as pixels and local storage. Together we refer to these as “cookies” in this policy.
Your choice
When you first visit the site we ask for your consent via a banner. Nothing that isn’t strictly necessary is loaded before you make a choice. You can change your preferences at any time.
Categories we use
| Category | On by default? | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
Strictly necessary Session cookies, CSRF tokens, our cookie-consent preference. | Always on | Required for the site to work, for example, remembering your cookie preferences, keeping you signed in to the member portal, and protecting our forms from abuse. |
Analytics Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager (GTM). | Only with consent | Help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it, pages viewed, time on page, and referring source, in aggregate. |
Marketing Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) and other advertising tags loaded through GTM. | Only with consent | Measure the performance of our campaigns and, where relevant, show you more useful content on other sites. |
Google Tag Manager & Meta Pixel
When permitted, we load Google Tag Manager to manage analytics and marketing tags, and the Meta Pixel to measure the results of our advertising. We use Google’s Consent Mode v2 signals so tags only fire in the categories you have accepted, and we send the Meta Pixel a “revoke” instruction when marketing consent is off.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect how parts of the site work. Guidance is available for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
