Data Protection Policy

We treat learner data with the highest standards of confidentiality and legal compliance.

Data Protection Commitment

Find Your Inner Peace Ltd complies with UK data-protection law and best practice. We will not sell or give personal data or email addresses to third parties without explicit, documented consent or another lawful basis. We apply data-minimisation, purpose limitation and retention limits.

Legal Basis and Rights

We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis such as consent, contract performance, or legitimate interest with safeguards. Learners and clients retain statutory rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.

What We Collect and Why

We collect only the minimum personal data required to deliver courses and measure impact: names, role, contact details, attendance, anonymised survey responses and agreed monitoring metrics. Sensitive data is collected only where strictly necessary, with explicit consent and additional safeguards.

Consent, Marketing and Sharing

Marketing communications are sent only with explicit opt-in consent; recipients can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell learner data. Any sharing with third parties is done only under contract as a data processor, with documented purposes and security obligations.

Security, Storage and Transfers

We maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures — encryption, access controls, secure storage and regular backups. Where data is processed by third-party platforms we ensure contractual safeguards and lawful transfer mechanisms.

Accountability, Training and Governance

All staff, trainers and contractors receive data-protection induction and role-based refresher training. We conduct regular audits, maintain a data-processing register, and carry out Data Protection Impact Assessments for higher-risk processing.

Breach Response and Record Keeping

We have a documented incident response plan. In the event of a breach we assess impact, contain the issue, notify affected individuals where required and report to the ICO in accordance with statutory timescales.
