Fully Funded Workplace Support for Neurodivergent Minds.

Stop masking. Start thriving. Access to Work strategy coaching, real brain training, and practical tools — 100% funded by the UK Government.

Prefer a lower-key first hello? We're here on:

A neurodivergent professional working calmly and confidently in a sensory-safe workspace

No formal diagnosis needed

Are you exhausted from trying to force a neurodivergent brain into a neurotypical box?

Take a moment and ask yourself:

  • What would happen if, instead of constantly trying to “fix” yourself, you finally had strategies engineered for how your brain actually works?
  • Have you ever wondered what your career would look like if you didn’t have to spend 80% of your energy just trying to mask your executive dysfunction?
  • Does sensory overload or brain fog make your Monday mornings feel impossible before you’ve even opened your laptop?

If you are navigating the workplace with a neurodivergent brain — whether you have ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, or simply struggle with high cognitive load — traditional corporate wellness programmes are not enough. Normal neuro-support programmes just give you mental health talking support.

At Find Your Inner Peace Ltd, we do things totally differently. We look at the real biology of your brain and body to fix stress, feeling overwhelmed, and burnout.

You don’t have to pay for this. The DWP does.

Many professionals are unaware that they are entitled to a government grant called Access to Work (AtW). Administered by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), this scheme helps remove barriers to work for disabled and neurodivergent people.

Whether you are currently employed, self-employed, or transitioning through a Return to Work programme, this funding is designed to keep you thriving in your career.

What does the grant cover?

1-to-1 neurodiversity strategy coaching

Usually covering 12+ sessions, built around how your brain actually works.

Assistive technology and software

Tools that reduce cognitive load instead of adding another system to maintain.

Workplace adaptations and sensory equipment

Physical changes and sensory kit that make the working day survivable, then sustainable.

The best part? You do not need a formal medical diagnosis to apply for or receive this support. Anxiety, problems with your memory, or organisational struggles are all valid reasons to ask for help.

We help the person, not the trigger.

Find Your Inner Peace Ltd (FYIP) is not just a coaching service. We are an integrated neuro-inclusive learning, self-regulation, wellbeing, and accessibility ecosystem.

When people ask, “So what actually is Find Your Inner Peace?” the answer is simple:

“FYIP helps people understand how their brain, body and emotions work together — then gives them practical tools, experiences and technology they can use in real life. We bring that approach into families, education, workplaces, return-to-work support and even accessible retail environments.”

We are designed to help you better understand how you think, feel, learn, regulate, and function — and turn that understanding into practical tools for everyday life and employment. Our ecosystem is designed to work across different ages, brains, and circumstances, without requiring a diagnosis before you can benefit.

Experiential learning: feel it, practise it, live it.

Rather than relying on lengthy theoretical teaching, FYIP combines short, accessible explanations with interactive activities, physical tools, digital technology, and lived experience. We want you to feel the learning, practise it, and apply it in real life.

Explore the wider FYIP ecosystem — coaching, CPD training, neurofeedback brain training, Peace PODs, tools and community.

Your path to lasting change

We know reaching out for workplace support can feel overwhelming. That is why you are completely in charge of the process. Here is our simple 3-step plan to change your working life for the better:

  1. 1. Step 1: Making a safe connection

We do not expect you to know everything. In our first chat, we just listen to how things are for you right now. We make things easy and safe for your nervous system, so you do not have to feel worried.

  2. 2. Step 2: Your custom plan & 21-day check

We build a bespoke 6-month support plan just for you. This can include 1-to-1 AtW strategy coaching, real brain training, our helpful POD tools, and app access. We don't use boring, standard manuals. And the best part? After 21 days, we run a safety check. If a tool feels wrong for your body, we fix it right then — we do not wait until the end.

  3. 3. Step 3: Taking action & our lifetime promise

As you use our tools, we track your growth. Other places might hand you a piece of paper and leave, but we give you a Lifetime Safety Net. When your AtW programme is finished, we will still check in with you every 6 months forever. You get lasting emotional peace, knowing we will always be right here to help you.

Lifetime Safety Net included — bi-annual check-ins, forever.

Access to Work questions, answered

Do I need a formal diagnosis to get Access to Work funding?

No. You do not need a formal medical diagnosis to apply for or receive Access to Work support. Anxiety, problems with your memory, or organisational struggles are all valid reasons to ask for help.

What is the DWP Access to Work grant?

Access to Work is a UK government grant administered by the Department for Work and Pensions. It helps remove barriers to work for disabled and neurodivergent people, and can fund coaching, assistive technology, workplace adaptations and sensory equipment.

Can I use Access to Work if I am self-employed or returning to work?

Yes. Whether you are currently employed, self-employed, or transitioning through a Return to Work programme, this funding is designed to keep you thriving in your career.

How much does FYIP coaching cost me?

For most people the strategy coaching is 100% funded by the Access to Work grant, so there is no cost to you personally. We will be honest with you on your free call if we think you are unlikely to be eligible.

How is this different from a normal wellbeing programme?

Normal neuro-support programmes give you mental health talking support. We look at the real biology of your brain and body to address stress, feeling overwhelmed, and burnout — then give you practical tools, technology and experiences you can use in real life.
