Straight answers about the money, the funding and what you actually get.
- Why is it £20 a month?
- £20 covers the real cost of running a small, human membership: the platform and hosting, the secure payment and email systems, the licences behind the tools in the library, and Emma-Louise's time setting up and looking after each member's portal by hand. It is deliberately the lowest price that keeps the work sustainable rather than a number chosen to look cheap.
- How is the membership funded?
- Entirely by members. Find Your Inner Peace Ltd is an independent, founder-led company, so there is no grant funding, no advertising and no selling of your data. Your subscription pays for the platform, the tools and the ongoing development of the ecosystem. That is also why the first 25 places are called Founding Memberships: those subscriptions fund what gets built next.
- What is included?
- Your own personalised FYIP portal, the premium library (brain training programmes, audio courses and clinician talks), Founding Member pricing held for as long as you stay subscribed, and a direct line into what we build next. Everything is designed to be low cognitive load and neuro-affirming.
- How quickly do I get my portal?
- Emma-Louise sets each portal up personally, usually within a couple of working days. You will receive your access details by email at the address you used at checkout.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, at any time, in a couple of clicks through the secure Stripe billing portal. You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for, and there is nothing to explain or justify.
- Is my payment information safe?
- Yes. All payments and card details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, and your membership status is verified directly with Stripe rather than assumed from a web page.
- Why only 25 Founding Members?
- Because each portal is built by hand. Twenty-five is the number Emma-Louise can genuinely look after well at the start. The count is a target, not an automatic cut-off, so if the places fill we will tell you rather than quietly closing the door.
