Frequently asked questions
›Is the workshop really free?
Yes — 100% funded. You give feedback and a short testimonial, we cover the cost. No card details, no upsell.
›Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis?
No. Self-identified adults, parents, and educators are all welcome. We work with the nervous system, not the label.
›How do I choose the workshop vs Face-to-Face vs 1:1 online?
The ADHD workshop is a small group session in Essex on scheduled dates. Face-to-Face 1:1 also runs in Essex. 1:1 online is booked privately at a time that suits you. Tick every option you're open to — we'll match you to the best fit.
›How many spots are there?
The pilot cohort is intentionally small. We review bookings as they come in and close when the cohort is full.
›What happens after I book?
You'll get a reply within one working day confirming your spot and next steps (short pre-survey + session date).
