About Us

Your Experiences Did Not Disqualify You. They Prepared You.

Find Your Inner Peace Ltd was not created from theory alone.

It was built from lived experience.

Founder Story

Your Experiences Did Not Disqualify You. They Prepared You.

I built FindYourInnerPeaceLtd from a lifetime of lived experience. Growing up misunderstood, masking ADHD, Autism and OCD (Dyslexia- of which I now think was ADHD) for decades, and rebuilding myself after postnatal depression.

For most of my life, I had to fight for the understanding, support, and compassion that should have been there from the start.

My journey began long before senior roles, strategy, or leadership, back when I was a six-year-old child navigating OCD and School feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, and already carrying the weight of being different in a world that did not yet have the language for it.

Living with undiagnosed ADHD, Autism and OCD shaped every part of my early life.
The constant masking, having suicidal ideation and constantly drained and exhausted.
The exhaustion of trying to fit environments never designed for my brain.

Alongside this came the challenges of Coeliac Disease, years of feeling unwell without clear answers, adding another invisible layer to an already complex experience.

For years, I worked inside the system, yet the system never truly saw me, but I saw the gaps.

Now, with 14 years of Senior Government Experience, late diagnosed Women and the insight of being a Mother to a Neurodivergent Child, I’m turning my journey into change.

We blend professional expertise with real humanity to create the support I needed as a Child, as a Woman rediscovering herself, and as a parent fighting for her Daughter.

This is more than a service; It’s a promise! No One should have to walk their journey and healing alone

When Personal Experience Meets Professional Insight

Over time, my path led me into senior roles, working across Mental Health, Education, and Strategic Programme development.

I led Mental Health initiatives.
Lead and Managed the support of Suicide Prevention work.
Shaped commissioning pathways.
Worked alongside families, professionals, and systems seeking better outcomes.

Yet quietly, behind the professional identity, I was still navigating my own challenges.

Motherhood brought clarity and confrontation.

Postnatal depression forced me to pause and face a difficult truth.

Whilst having the OCD episodes once managed and then coming back with a vengeance, I had to seriously think how can I fix this- feeling scared of my own thoughts, and fearing there is no way out… something had to change!

The system I had dedicated my career to improving was the same system that had never truly supported me.

A Defining Shift

When I was diagnosed late stage, in my 30’s, I had to navigate the journey on my own, with help of my therapist, and learning more through the 1st year of my diagnosis, I founded and created my own tools that the system couldn’t give me…with the experience I gained,  my own child, beautifully Neurodivergent, began encountering the same barriers I once faced, something fundamentally shifted.

Waiting for change was no longer an option.

I realised I could not rely solely on existing structures to evolve at the pace real people needed.

I had to build something different.

Why This Company Exists

Find Your Inner Peace Ltd is the result of that decision

For It represents the intersection of:

  • Lived experience
  • Guided Brain Training and Breathwork for Inner Calm
  • Professional expertise
  • Neuroscience-informed practice
  • Deep system-level understanding
  • Prevention and Early intervention

We are not designing support from a distance.

We understand the realities of stress, overwhelm, regulation challenges, identity, resilience, and adaptation because these experiences are not abstract to us.

They are human.

They are lived.

Why This Company Exists

I bring 14 years of senior-level government experience, including:

  • Mental health programme leadership
  • Suicide prevention strategy
  • Commissioning & system navigation
  • Education & local authority processes

But equally important, I bring the perspective of someone who has personally lived:

  • Neurodivergence
  • Chronic health challenges
  • Emotional exhaustion
  • Identity reconstruction
  • Healing & adaptation

Working within the company are professionals that have helped mould the service offer, tools and materials:

Psychotherapists, Psychologists, MIND CEO, School Improvement Lead, Positive Psychologists and Neurodiversity and Inclusion Practicionor.

This dual perspective shapes everything we do.

Because meaningful support requires more than knowledge.

It requires understanding.

Find Your Inner Peace Ltd is more than a business.

it is my life’s work, my passion, and my commitment to creating the kind of understanding and support I needed when I was young and the kind that our future generations deserve!

Juliet Bowles is to offer a safe, and supportive environment where people can fully express themselves, exploring thoughts and feelings without judgement or criticism. ''Using a person centred approach I support others to talk through their problems and gain insights. Together we work at their pace to make sense of challenges, develop strengths and coping strategies, and celebrate what makes them unique. I worked professionally in the City for 25 years, then locally whilst raising a family. In both scenarios I found myself drawn to customer service, helping roles. It was during Covid that I decided to retrain as a counsellor and provide help in a more meaningful and constructive way. I previously worked at a CIC providing affordable counselling for the community, and supporting students from a local performing arts college. Currently I run my own counselling practice, alongside helping students as a learning assistant in a specialist SEN school and college''
